Catch It Early

What Your Door Is Trying To Tell You

A garage door almost never fails without warning first — it tells you, if you're listening.

Grinding Or Squealing

A worn roller or a spring losing tension announces itself with noise long before it fails outright.

Visible Gap At The Track

One side lifting faster than the other usually points to uneven spring tension or a bent track.

Opener Reverses Randomly

Intermittent remote response often traces to a failing logic board inside the opener.

If you're reading this because your Durango, CO door is already doing one of the above, that's reason enough to call rather than wait it out.

Our Core Garage Door Services

Every Job We Handle Under One Roof

From a single failed part to a full commercial door swap, 5 Star Garage Door Service's Durango, CO crews cover the whole range.

Emergency Garage Door Repair

We carry manual release tools on every emergency truck so a trapped vehicle isn't stuck waiting on the permanent fix.

Residential Repair & Spring Service

Both springs in a pair get replaced together, since a second failure typically follows the first within weeks.

Commercial Door & Operator Service

Commercial accounts get scheduled preventive maintenance, not just reactive repair calls, to cut unplanned downtime.

New Door Installation

Custom and non-standard openings get measured twice before we order, since a sizing error on a custom door is costly to fix.

Opener Installation & Repair

We diagnose before replacing; plenty of opener calls end up being a simple sensor or capacitor fix.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

A yearly maintenance visit costs a fraction of an emergency spring or opener repair down the line.

Whichever of these brought you here, the same Durango, CO technician standard applies — licensed, insured, and quoting a flat rate before starting.
